• Appointments are only confirmed once your booking is completed.
• Please provide accurate contact information when booking.
• If you are unsure which service to choose, feel free to contact me before your appointment.
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Lash appointments require clean lashes with no mascara or eye makeup.
• Makeup appointments require a clean face unless otherwise discussed.
• Please avoid bringing extra guests unless previously arranged.
• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns before your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide notice as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
• Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may result in a deposit being non-refundable.
• Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.
Lash Appointment Requirements
• Lash fills require approximately 40–50% lash retention.
• If there is not enough retention, a full set may be required.
Late Arrivals
• Please communicate if you are running late.
• Arriving significantly late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
LASH AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare helps your extensions stay beautiful and last longer.
✓ Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours.
✓ Clean your lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser.
✓ Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
✓ Avoid oil-based products around the eye area.
✓ Do not pull, pick, or rub your extensions.
✓ Avoid sleeping directly on your lashes when possible.
