Hi, my name is Jasmine Rose, the creator of Chef RoseyPosey LLC. Growing up, cooking and baking was always a passion for me. At 8 years old I got my first easy bake oven and it wasn’t long after that I was using the real oven! By age 14 I knew it was more than just a hobby. After High school I attended Pierpont community and technical college. From there I got ACF accredited and got an A.A.S in Culinary Arts, and Pastry and Baking.

I have 3 years of experience working in kitchens as a line cook and pastry chef. During my second pastry and baking internship for college I started getting chronic joint pain. From there I had multiple doctors appointments and physical therapy.

During this time I found out I have a genetic disorder called hypermobile Ehlers Danlos. Due to chronic wrist pain and ongoing physical therapy, I transitioned away from traditional kitchen work while continuing to pursue my passion in a way that fits my health needs. Chef RoseyPosey LLC allows me to continue doing what I love while working within the limits of my health. Every order supports my small business, and I am so grateful for every order I get.

Outside of my passion for culinary, I really enjoy the outdoors. In my free time you can find me in the mountains fishing, hiking, or camping!
