This intimate training offers a deeply personal and immersive journey into the foundational art of Heartworks Lomi Lomi and beyond. While the training follows a structured pathway, it remains fluid and responsive, adapting to the unique rhythm of only 6–8 students and two dedicated facilitators. This experience allows for individualised attention while still fostering the rich learning that comes from shared exploration.
The Practitioner Pathway is immersive, designed to hold you in the container of practice throughout its entirety, with each level progressively held every 6–8 weeks. More than just a training, this journey unfolds through a unique apprenticeship-like approach, where learning is not only received but embodied over time. Each student moves through their own arc of integration, and while the path is shared, the unfolding is uniquely personal. Between trainings, we offer continued support, ensuring you are met where you are, nurtured in your evolution, and anchored more deeply into the medicine of this work.

You are introduced to the foundational principles and practice of Lomi Lomi—flowing, rhythmic movements that invite both giver and receiver into a state of deep meditation and connection ~ from the heart and to the heart. Here, you will learn the art of touch, cultivating presence, breath, and an awareness of the body as a whole and integrated system. This level lays the groundwork for a practice that is both intentional and intuitive, guiding you into the essence of Lomi Lomi as a profound, nourishing and healing experience.

Building upon the foundations of Level 1, this training expands and refines the practice of Heart Centred care. Deepening your offering, physically, energetically and emotionally through supportive processes while adding new techniques to your toolkit. In addition to expanding your skillset, we take the next steps on the journey into your own heart. Offering an opportunity to embody the work at a deeper level this immersive training nurtures both giver and receiver, offering a space of transformation, nourishment, and expanded possibility.

Advanced Integration is just that; a place where we explore the expansive potential of the work that comes from a truly integrated practice. Here we introduce the Manakua Method, which is a culmination of Ahren and Sam’s combined four decades of experience.
Here, technique dissolves into expression. This is the space where the sequences you’ve learned evolve into something uniquely yours—where you move beyond form and into flow, beyond repetition and into resonance. Through skill refinement, intuitive attunement, and an ever deepening relationship with the work, you will be supported in embodying the transmission of touch that speaks from the heart.
This is not just about mastering the techniques that are synonymous with this incredible body of knowledge, it is about anchoring the work into your cellular structure, finding the pulse of your own medicine, and offering from a place of deep integration.
