These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the PokerLink mobile app operated by Weeshiz (“we”, “our”, “PokerLink”).

By using PokerLink, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Description

PokerLink is a free social networking app (iOS & Android) for poker players to create profiles, post content, join groups, message, and organize events.

Premium features are available for “Power Users”. Ads are displayed in the feed.

3. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older.

A valid account is required.

Users must provide accurate and updated information.

4. User Conduct

Users must not:

Post illegal, hateful, violent, or pornographic content

Harass, spam, impersonate, or defame others

Infringe intellectual property rights

Promote illegal gambling

Use the app commercially without consent

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Verification and Premium Status

PokerLink may grant:

A Verified Badge for authenticity;

A Power User premium status.

These can be revoked at any time for misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content.

By posting, they grant PokerLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content to operate the service.

The app, logo, and brand remain PokerLink’s property.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

PokerLink provides the service “as is” and is not liable for:

User-generated content

Third-party events or actions

Interruptions or data loss

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is provided.

8. Suspension & Termination

PokerLink may suspend or delete accounts for violating these Terms.

Users can delete their accounts anytime; data may be retained as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and notify users. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, and disputes shall be handled by French courts.
