Quantum healing is a heart and mind based hypnosis modality that focuses on healing ourselves from the inside out.
We do this by connecting with our subconscious mind. Some call it our higher Self or soul. With this connection in tact, we gain insights into who we truly are, what needs healing and what needs our attention in order to live our best life. Your higher Self knows your life's purpose and your blueprint for this lifetime, your soul contract. They know the reasoning behind your limiting beliefs and biggest blocks, and how to break you free from them.
When we are connected deeply to our higher Self, we begin to trust our intuition. We listen to and follow intuitive hits, and the more we do this, the more natural the flow of life feels. We feel more confident about how we navigate this everchanging and unpredictable life, because we have a well calibrated internal compass that is aligned with our highest good.
The Universe sends us messages in whispers, nudges and sledge hammers. If we can become tuned into that whisper, we can avoid some of the large disruptive wake-up calls.
