Cooking to Heal Autoimmune Disease is a six-week guided cohort starting on April 13th that is designed to help you re-orient your kitchen as a place of care, clarity, and confidence. Stop focusing on strict rules or perfection, this course teaches you how to approach food in a way that respects your nervous system, digestion, and long-term resilience.
