A micro event is an event in general smaller attendance--Around 5-50 people. YMS specifically plans events under 30 attendees.
Given the unpredictable nature of events and the possibility of anything happening, YMS remains reasonably flexible in the event your event attendance exceeds the initial projection. We always recommend that, unless there is adequate time to prepare, you adhere to your attendee cap and ensure your systems are prepared to handle a cut-off in attendance. However, if the attendance is outside of the 3-5 grace range, we will add a surplus charge per attendee.
