The Apex Vendul Stadium also refured as the AVS is one of its own stadiums in California, as Bryson Capri wants the stadium to be in a city in San Diego. The stadium itself is a stadium filled with several dinning, and shopping options like a regular stadium, the AVS will have also have a preforming arts theater that holds 8,500 guests. The stadium will have several different activites for the private clubs when there is no preformace during that perticular day, not only that it will host some private activites for the clubs but also host activites for fans in general.

The stadium will have 4.85/5% visitor satisfaction ratings, 45% new jobs held in the state's unemployent, 12.4 thousand plants in the park, 60% increased revenue, and 75% green energy provided to the stadium, muiltiple level and 17 floors. The 7.8 million square feet stadium will offer so many things for the visitors and staff, including players themselves. while players, athlets and other entites have access to the entire field level to themselves, the public will be the floor above this floor. This stadium will also have one of the largest ETFE roofs on a stadium covering almost 3 times larger than the field (field size 206 x 200 meters - roof size 576.8 x 560 meters which covers exatly 323,008 square meters.)

The stadium has a music and production unit commercial offices, a indoor park, and an underground parking. Not only that but the ground changing planned cost is between 9.59 billion to 20.71 billion, Bryson Capri has intentions on pinpointing the cost at 18.155 billion dollars making this stadium the world's most expensive stadium.
