REFUND AND RETURN POLICY – CANON MULTISERVICES LLC

Canon Multiservices LLC ofrece servicios digitales, asesorías, preparación y digitación de formularios migratorios, traducciones y apoyo administrativo. Debido a que estos servicios requieren tiempo y personalización desde el momento en que se programan o inician, todas las ventas son finales.
🔹 Reembolsos
*No se realizan reembolsos una vez que el servicio ha sido iniciado, programado o entregado.
*Se considerará un reembolso únicamente cuando:
*El cliente pagó por error dos veces el mismo servicio.
*Canon Multiservices LLC no puede completar el servicio por razones internas.
*El cliente cancela antes de que se haya iniciado el trabajo.
*No se realiza reembolso por:
*Cambios de opinión
*Resultados migratorios (USCIS/Embajada/Corte decide, no nosotros)
*Retrasos de agencias gubernamentales
*Información incorrecta o incompleta entregada por el cliente
🔹 Devoluciones
Los servicios digitales no son retornables ni reembolsables una vez entregados.
🔹 Cambios de servicio
Permitimos cambiar a un servicio de igual o mayor valor antes de iniciar el trabajo.
🔹 Pagos en cuotas (Klarna / Stripe / Afterpay)
Los pagos financiados están sujetos a las políticas del proveedor.
Canon Multiservices LLC no controla aprobaciones o reembolsos de terceros.
