When I graduated from massage school in 1999, I was energized and certain I could “fix” everyone. Life—and years of practice—taught me something truer: the only person I’m in charge of healing is me. My role with you is to support your healing, not override it.
For over 25 years I was best known for deep-tissue and sports massage. I still offer focused, structural sessions when they’re the right fit. And as I’ve grown (and gotten wiser), I’ve expanded my toolkit to include gentler, nervous-system–soothing and lymphatic-focused approaches that are easier on my body and often more powerful for yours.
Today I don’t ask you to pick from a long service menu. Instead, I offer Intentional Healing—time-based sessions (30/60/90/120 minutes) where we collaborate each visit and I blend the techniques that serve you best that day. You bring your goals; I bring a well-stocked healer’s tool belt and a steady presence. Together, we let your body lead.
