Q: My typical turn around time? A: it's normally 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I currently accept PayPal only, in USD.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A deposit of 30–50% is required before any work begins to secure your spot in my queue.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Deposits are refundable only if the commission is canceled before I begin the sketching phase. Once sketching starts, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the time and effort already spent.
Q: How many revisions are included?
A: Each commission includes up to 3 minor revisions during the pencil sketch phase. Additional revisions, or changes requested after inking has begun, will be charged separately.
Q: Can I request commercial rights?
A: Yes. Commercial licensing (for merchandise, branding, etc.) is available for an additional fee and must be discussed before the commission begins.
Q: How do you ship finished artwork?
A: The physical artwork is shipped through USPS with tracking to ensure it arrives safely. Exact shipping costs are calculated based on your location and added to the final invoice.
Q: Do you accept Christian themed commissions?
A: Yes! I gladly accept Christian themed commissions and always handle religious imagery with the up tmost care and respect.
Q: What happens if I cancel my commission?
A: Cancellation terms depend on how far the artwork has progressed.
Q: Can I use this art for my business or merchandise?
A: Base commission prices are for personal use only (displaying in your home, using as a profile picture, etc.). If you plan to use the art for commercial purposes (merchandise, logos, streaming assets), please let me know upfront so we can discuss a commercial rights fee.
Q: Do I get to keep the physical artwork?
A: Yes! You are paying for a traditional, hand-drawn piece of art. The physical original will be mailed to you after final payment is received.
