Services

Jemima’s Babies provides digital programmes, downloadable materials and one-to-one coaching services. All services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical or healthcare advice.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child concerned.

Payment

Payment in full is required prior to access to digital products or commencement of coaching services.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to programmes, guides, written content, video recordings, audio materials, frameworks, methodologies and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Jemima’s Babies.

Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for private use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, record, distribute, display, publish, share, resell, licence, create derivative works from, upload to AI tools, or otherwise exploit any material for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Coaching Sessions

Sessions must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of programmes and materials, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases unless you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right.

Refunds for coaching services are not available once services have commenced. Cancellation before commencement may be refunded at discretion, less administrative costs.

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of your child is paramount. Jemima’s Babies does not provide medical assessment, diagnosis or emergency support.

If you have concerns regarding your child’s health, breathing, feeding, development, illness, weight gain, or safety, you must seek immediate advice from a GP, health visitor, NHS 111 or emergency services.

Jemima’s Babies reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a child’s needs fall outside the scope of sleep coaching or require medical supervision.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jemima’s Babies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of services or materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

PRIVACY POLICY

Jemima’s Babies processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Collected

Name, contact details, billing information, booking information and information voluntarily provided during consultations or enquiries.

Purpose

To deliver services, process payments, manage bookings, communicate with clients, and send marketing communications where consent has been given.

Lawful Basis

Contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and consent.

Data Sharing

Data may be shared with secure third-party service providers where necessary to operate the business.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
