The following terms and conditions have been carefully outlined to protect you ("the Client/Customer") and LuxeAI Group Inc. and its associated brands ("LuxeAI Group Inc."), including but not limited to LuxeAI Digital, LuxeAI Productions, Runway Bliss, LuxeAI Studio, LuxeAI Boutique, Groupe LuxeAI Inc., Just Thrifted, and Je Viens D'Économiser.

By purchasing any services or digital products from LuxeAI Group Inc., you agree to the terms outlined below. It is strongly recommended that you review these terms before making a purchase or requesting a project.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing for LuxeAI Group Inc. are in USD dollars and it is subject to change at any time. It will take effect upon being posted on the website. If a prior agreement on pricing has been made between LuxeAI Group Inc. and the client before any updates, that pricing will remain valid until the completion of the agreed project.

All services and materials are subject to applicable taxes. If any document, webpage, or quote does not display pricing inclusive of taxes, taxes will be collected at the time of payment.

For projects under $499: Full payment is required before work begins.

For projects over $500: A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before work starts. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of final design approval.

Unless purchasing directly from the site, invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt, or the project may be subject to cancellation.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Currently, all payments are processed securely through our payment partners. No project will begin until payment has been fully processed and cleared.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

LuxeAI Group Inc. does not offer refunds for services once payment has been received. Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Deciding to use another service provider after purchasing.

Time constraints or delays in providing required materials.

Once work has begun, the sale is final. If a project is canceled after work has started, all payments received will be retained to compensate for the time and resources invested.

The only exception for refunds is if LuxeAI Group Inc. is unable to complete a project due to personal illness or unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If a client cancels a project before completion, all work-in-progress will remain the property of LuxeAI Group Inc.. No incomplete or unfinished designs will be transferred to the client.

DRAFTS & REVISIONS

Draft Policy

Draft versions of designs and previews are for approval purposes only and may not be copied, altered, or shared with third parties without written consent. All drafts remain the property of LuxeAI Group Inc.

Revision Policy

If not mentionned in the listing, project includes three (3) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge of $5 to $50 per revision, depending on the complexity of the request. For larger-scale projects such as web design, revisions are also capped at three (3) rounds.

This policy ensures efficiency and timely completion of projects.

DESIGN CONTENT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain a smooth workflow, clients must:

Have a clear vision for their project. While LuxeAI Group Inc. provides creative expertise, excessive revisions due to lack of direction may lead to additional charges.

Submit all required materials (high-resolution images, text, branding elements) before work begins.

Ensure that all submitted content is spell-checked and legally owned. LuxeAI Group Inc. is not responsible for copyright infringement claims due to client-supplied content.

Provide professional-quality images for best results. Low-resolution, pixelated, or poorly lit photos may compromise the final product’s quality.

LuxeAI Group Inc. reserves the right to modify submitted content if necessary to maintain the integrity of the design. Any such modifications will be communicated to the client.

TIME FRAMES & PROJECT COMPLETION

Each project has a customized timeline based on scope and complexity. LuxeAI Group Inc. strives to deliver work on schedule, but the timeframe may be extended by 1-3 business days during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Important Notes on Timing:

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delays caused by the client's late submission of materials will result in a proportional extension of the deadline.

Expedited services may be available at an additional cost.

CONTENT DELIVERY & FILE OWNERSHIP

Upon project completion, all finalized designs will be delivered via email in industry-standard formats, including:

• Logos: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI/PSD (vector files)

• Graphics (Flyers, Business Cards, Banners, etc.): JPG, PNG, PDF

• AI-Generated Videos: MP4 (1080p or higher)

Ownership & Licensing:

LuxeAI Group Inc. retains ownership of all original design files (.AI, .PSD, .SVG, etc.) unless specifically purchased by the client.

Once full payment has been received, the client owns the rights to use the final design for personal or business purposes.

Copyrighting or trademarking of any purchased design is the sole responsibility of the client.

LuxeAI Group Inc. reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

GENERAL TERMS & LEGAL NOTICE

All policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

LuxeAI Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in disrespectful behavior.

By purchasing services or digital products from LuxeAI Group Inc., you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
