Digital Products and Apps


All products sold by Jamesha Bazemore, including but not limited to digital downloads, AI-powered apps, prompt tools, templates, and access-based digital experiences, are non-refundable because these products are delivered digitally and/or provide immediate access; cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.


Store Credit Policy


In limited situations, a store credit may be granted at the sole discretion of Jamesha Bazemore.


Store credits:


  • Are issued only after review and approval
  • Have no cash value
  • May be used toward future digital products or apps offered by Jamesha Bazemore
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
  • Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What Does Not Qualify for Refunds or Credits


The following situations do not qualify for a refund or store credit:


  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of use or engagement
  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
  • Incompatibility with third-party platforms, tools, or software
  • User error or misunderstanding of how to use the product
  • Results not meeting personal expectations

Technical Issues


If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product or app, please contact support.


We will make a reasonable effort to:


  • Restore access, or
  • Resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a store credit may be considered at our discretion.
