The Identity Shift is mentorship and coaching that blends psychological awareness, subconscious work, nervous system understanding and practical integration. The focus is always forward-moving change, not clinical treatment or diagnosis.
This is for women who feel stuck in repeating patterns across their body, relationships, confidence, or life direction.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.. but you do need to be open to looking beneath behaviour and working at the identity level.
This is for women who are ready for real change, not surface-level fixes.
This is a 12-week 1:1 container delivered online via Zoom.
Each session is tailored to what is currently most active for you, and we work with identity patterns, emotional blocks, subconscious drivers and real-life behavioural integration.
You’ll also be supported between sessions depending on what’s included in your container structure.
