Welcome to the official nstarseven music site!

Here to channel negative and positive life experiences via music, using the vibrations and frequencies of the universe.

The artist nstarseven has always had a passion for music from an early age. From the age of 11 he started out with a passion for dance, making his presence known on the dance club scene. Then transitioned to music creation, teaching himself to play guitar, bass, and basics of the piano to get those lush orchestral sounds. He also writes his own lyrics, composes and produces all of his songs; and keeps everything real and organic by not singing in autotune.

Throughout the course of his musical journey which began in 2002 he also taught himself music theory using an acoustic guitar which was bought for him as a present. He then transitioned to creating music with his custom made "N*7 Fender Squier Strat" guitar, Fender Jaguar bass and keyboards using a DAW to enter the digital realm. His music no matter which genre, will usually incorporate guitar solos, playing them with deep feeling from the heart.

He states:

"I would have loved the experience of being in a band, but no one i knew played instruments, so taught myself the main foundational instruments such as bass, guitar and keyboards to create music."

Also:

"When i picked up the electric guitar to play it was like being in another world. I didn't bother with the acoustic guitar so much after that. I feel that playing a musical instrument is an extension of the soul or inner self, translating what is felt into the universe."

 He loves creating original works that reflect everyday experiences, questioning so-called societal norms. His songs which vary from a rock guitar flavour, stripped down RnB, alternative RnB and instrumentals showcase his ability to express an experience or observation from his heart and soul that hopefully will be relatable to the listener.
