I’ve spent over 30 years working in industries that all revolve around people retail, education, medical, and wellness. Every role came down to the same thing: service. Whether I was leading customer teams, mentoring students, or guiding creators, my goal has always been to help people grow, communicate better, and show up with confidence.
As a corporate trainer, I worked with teams that were burned out and ready to quit. We rebuilt trust, improved performance, and created workplaces people actually wanted to be part of. That experience taught me how empathy and structure can turn exhaustion into engagement.
Later, I found my way to the mic.
As a podcast host and producer, I’ve created and produced more than thirty shows exploring culture, communication, and mental wellness. Those conversations reminded me how powerful real stories are and how burnout can silence even the strongest voices.
Out of that mix of creativity and recovery, REEDality MEDIA was born. It’s not just a media brand; it’s a framework for sustainable creation. Through my own experience with burnout and rebuilding, I developed Rest Mode Alignment and Flow Over Force systems that help creators produce from clarity instead of chaos.
My work now lives at the intersection of emotional intelligence and emerging technology. I teach creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs how to work smarter, tell better stories, and protect their peace while they grow.
I was invited to speak at an international AI summit on burnout prevention and automation strategy, and my peers nominated me for a scholarship to become a Certified Prompt Design Professional recognition for my focus on human-centered, accessible AI education.
