Winter is not the absence of momentum. It’s where momentum is refined. The Unstoppable Energy Issue honors the athletes, artists, and leaders who understand that growth doesn’t always look like motion—it looks like awareness, recalibration, and intention. This is the season of asking better questions: What’s fueling me? What’s draining me? What needs to shift before spring? At Rise & Soar, we believe energy doesn’t disappear—it moves. through kindness and confidence, as well as self-awareness. Through ANAM consulting, we help performers and families synthesize what this season is revealing—emotionally, physically, and environmentally—so spring growth is sustainable, not reactive.
