For over 34 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping others navigate their journeys in life. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the founder of NewVision Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC, I have spent the past 21 years in private practice guiding individuals toward healing and transformation. Today, as I step into my 35th year in human services, I am embracing a new chapter—one where my passion for self-love, authenticity, and creativity converges in the vibrant work I call Journey to Me.

As a poet, author, and publisher, I’ve always believed in the healing power of words, music, and art. My published works, including Expressions of Love and Passion, Vol. 1: Destined, Vol. 2: Summer Love, and the upcoming Light in Winter: Embracing Light in Challenging Times Workbook, reflect my dedication to creating tools that inspire healing and self-discovery.

My most recent work, Light in Winter: Finding Hope in the Darkest Times (Vignettes), speaks directly to those navigating life’s winters—seasons of loss, grief, and challenge. These stories and resources remind us that even in the darkest moments, there is light and hope to be found.

Through my e-commerce brand, Mend n Muse Media, I offer journals, affirmation decks, wall art, and other tools to support reflection, growth, and joy. Every product is created with intention and care, reflecting my belief in living authentically and embracing self-love.
