Sierra Nevada Viva Accommodations is a rural house, with more than 100 years of history, located in Otura, a small town of 7,000 habitants. At the province of Granada; only 14 km away of the most beatiful monument of Europe, National Geographic contest winner, in southern Spain.

Thanks to its unique location you can find cold climates in winter, since it is very close to the Sierra Nevada mountain range, where the highest peak of the Iberian Peninsula is located, the Mulhacén summit, and dry and very hot climates in summer, reaching 40ºC.

This house is perfect for those who seek a peacefully place, sometimes you can only hear the sound of birds passing by, and the church bells. If you are looking for these relaxing days, in a rural house with a private swimming pool.
