MINIMUM STAYS:


Throughout the year there are different dates in which the minimum stay varies, but in summary they are the following.



Minimum stay: 2 Nights




Puente de Diciembre


  • From 6 to 8 of December: 3 nights

Christmas

  • From 20 of December to 06 of January: 4-5 nights

Andalusian Day and White Week

  • Around 28 of February: 3 nights

Semana Santa festivity

  • On April: 4-5 nights

Worker's Day

  • 1st of May: 3-4 nights

Summer

  • June: 3 nights
  • July and August: Min: 5-7 nights and Max: 16-21 nights

Puente del Pilar (Día de la Hispanidad)

  • 12th of October: 2-3 nights

STEP 2: DATA FOR THE BUDGET

  7. Please select the type of cancellation that suits best at you from the next options:
  • STANDARD: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount (€100) will not be returned.
  • STRICT (for reservations of more than 7 nights): Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 31 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount will not be returned (DEPOSIT €250).
  • NON-REFUNDABLE: 10% discount on all rates but there is no refund of the deposit in case of cancellation (THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT WILL DEPEND ON THE DURATION OF THE STAY).

STEP 3: PAYMENT


When you have accepted our price, we will close the days at the calendar for 12h until the payment has been made. PLEASE, NOTICE THAT IF THE PAYMENT DOESN'T ARRIVE WITHIN THE NEXT 12H THE DAYS WILL BE OPENED AGAIN, SO OTHER PEOPLE CAN BOOK IT.

Once we receive the confirmation of the payment, you'll recieve a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. The day of the arrival, before the keys are delivered, you must sing a contrat wich you'll receive a copy via email.


The amount of money that has to be payed to do the reservation is:

Option 1: "Deposit fee" for bookings of less than 7 nights

Option 2: 50% of the total, in case of bookings for more than 7 nights or cancellation type "Non-refundable".


There are diferent ways to do the payment.

  • BANK TRANSFER (we'll give you the account number)
  • BIZUM


IMPORTANT: The rest of the reservation must be paid before arrival depending on the type of cancellation:

  • STANDARD: 14 days before the arrival
  • STRICT & NON REFUNDABLE: 31 days before the arrival

STEP 4: CHECK-IN DATA


We allways love to see you at the arrival. Show you the house, explain how everything works, and spend a little time knowing each other...But due to the newest law, the process of the check-in is quite long. That's why we ask you to fullfill the Check-in formulaire one day before of your arrival maximun.


That includes if you are going to arrive late at night and we can't see at the arrival.

Don't worry, the next day, after a recharging drink we'll meet because we need you to sign the document of the check-in and the contract.
