Bespoke branding and digital experiences, individually curated to transform your vision into a distinctive and marketable presence.
PAYMENT AND PROJECT POLICY
- Projects under $500 must be paid in full before work begins.
- Projects of $500 or more require a 50% nonrefundable retainer to reserve your project and begin work. The retainer is applied toward the total project cost. The remaining balance must be paid before final files, completed designs, or website access are delivered.
TWO REVISION ROUNDS
- Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, each project includes two rounds of revisions. Revision requests must relate to the original project scope.
- Additional revision rounds are available for $75 per round.
RUSH SERVICE
- Rush service is subject to availability and adds 30% to the total project price. Rush timelines begin after payment and all required client materials have been received.
OUT-OF-SCOPE REQUESTS
- Requests that fall outside the original service agreement are not included in the project price.
- Additional work will require a separate quote and must be approved and paid for before it begins.
EDITABLE FILES
- Final files will be delivered in the formats listed in your service agreement. Editable or source files are not included unless they are specifically listed as part of the purchased service.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project timelines begin after payment, completed questionnaires, images, copy, login details, and all other required materials have been received. Delays in submitting these materials may affect the final delivery date.
- By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these payment and project terms.
