Week 2 — Foundations: Warmth, Broth & Healing Meals


Learn why warmth and pacing matter, and how to prepare foundational broths and simple healing meals.


Week 3 — Proteins, Electrolytes & Simple Nourishment


Prepare digestible protein meals, understand mineral/electrolyte support, and reduce overwhelm around meal planning.


Week 4 — Vegetables, Adaptation & Food Avoidance


Learn how to approach “foods to avoid” without fear or identity. Prepare vegetables with tolerance in mind.

Week 5 — Liver Support, Ferments & Deeper Discernment


Learn when to add complexity, how to approach organ foods and ferments appropriately, and how to avoid destabilizing “superfood forcing.”
