Founded in 2006, Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Metairie is dedicated to enhancing the lives of students through martial arts, fitness, and life skills training. Tiger-Rock Programs
Tiger Cubs (Ages 4-5)
In our Tiger Cubs program, we help young children build confidence, balance, and coordination—all through fun martial arts activities! Each class introduces the basics of Taekwondo in a playful, structured environment. It’s the perfect way to channel energy while laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
Juniors (Ages 6-11)
Kids grow in confidence, discipline, and focus with every class in our Juniors program. With expert instruction in martial arts, self-defense, and fitness, students at Tiger-Rock Metairie are gaining the skills to Be Unstoppable—both on the mat and at school or home.
Teens (Ages 12-15)
Teens thrive in our high-energy classes that blend martial arts with strength training, agility, and real-world self-defense. It's a great way to stay active, build confidence, and develop leadership skills in a positive, peer-supported environment.
Adults (Ages 16+)
Whether you're here to get in shape, reduce stress, or learn self-defense, our Adult classes deliver. With a powerful mix of Taekwondo, conditioning, and skill-building, you’ll challenge yourself, stay motivated, and discover what you’re truly capable of—right here in Metairie.
