For over 15 years, Trinity has been an exciting and highly-recommended artist in the areas of professional dance performance and dance teaching. She is setting a new standard for today’s aspiring dancer artists placing emphasis on training with integrity, remaining teachable and training the entire artist beyond perfecting dance steps. Her commitment to reviving the regality and excellence of professional dance is changing the way dancers handle artistic development, career dreams and professional preparation. As founder of leading dance career platform, The Dance Career Coach, Trinity specializes in helping dancers recognize the value of strong dance, how to maximize their personal strengths and what professionalism in training really looks like. Trinity has taught various dance techniques within the U.S. Camp Broadway, Dance The Yard, Alabama State University, the International Association of Black In Dance Conference, and within different public school districts, to name a few.

Prior to taking her position as corps de ballet dancer at Columbia City Ballet, Trinity danced with Watershed Dance Theatre, Collage Dance Collective, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Ballethnic Dance Company and Montgomery Ballet. She has been a professional dancer for over 9 years, with an emphasis on ballet techniques. To date, her devout dance passion and teaching style has been inspired by the likes of Linda Celeste Sims, Judith Jamison, Douglas Dunn, Arthur Mitchell and more! Trinity came to value being a pliable artist and great dance teacher through her connections with Delores Brown, Luctricia Welters, James Atkinson and Michael Medcalf. She has worked with Lydia Abarca-Mitchell, Dale Shields, Yosek Prieto, Eric Conrad, and others.

Trinity has been featured in Voyage ATL Magazine, Carolina News, Venice Magazine and has curated dance inspiration and education events that include Speed Dancing, Misty Copeland’s Flower film viewing and Don’t Waste Your Dance Degree: The Masterclass. Her group mentorship program serves as another platform that aids pre-professional and early-career dancers in hands-on learning for the field of dance, through interactive approaches. Trinity was a 2024 finalist for one of the National Dance Education Organization’s Outstanding Leadership Awards. She has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Alabama State University as one of the program’s founding dance majors. Other things she enjoys— writing for her dance blog, Ballet Trinity, and giving flowers to dance genius.
