I created Unwind & Align for women who are tired of carrying everything alone. I’m not here because I have all the answers. I’ve stood in places where I didn’t know what the next step looked like either. So this is how I lead: Here’s what I tried. Here’s what helped me. Here’s what didn’t. Here’s something small enough that you can try it in your own life and decide for yourself. Through emotional safety, sacred softness, nervous system support, and gentle momentum, I help women return to themselves one small step at a time.

I started this work after leaving my own marriage and walking into a women's shelter, afraid, unsure, with no job and no idea what came next. I know what it's like to arrive somewhere with nothing, and to need a place that asks nothing of you except that you show up as you are. Garden of Grace exists for women in exactly that season, and for many of them, even $9 a month isn't possible.
