Visual Creations Studio provides digital design services including:

Custom ebooks & journals

All products are digital unless otherwise stated.
💳 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before custom work begins.
All prices are listed in USD.
Accepted payment methods: Paypal, Stripe, Debit, Apple Pay, and Credit.
⏱️ Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days
Rush delivery available for an additional fee
✏️ Revisions
Custom orders include 2 rounds of revisions
Extra edits may require additional fees
🔹 Please note: Revisions only apply to custom design services (e.g., logos, flyers, ebook covers) created specifically for a client.
Digital products sold through our website — such as ebooks, journals, or templates — are final and not eligible for revisions, as they are delivered as completed products.
📩 Digital Product Delivery
All items are delivered digitally via email or link
No physical items will be shipped
After purchase, check your email inbox for your files
If you don’t see them, please check your junk or spam folder
❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
All sales are final
No refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered
You may cancel within 24 hours only if work has not started
🧾 Ownership & Usage Rights
You may use your final design(s) for personal or business use
Resale or redistribution of templates or files is not permitted
Visual Creations retains creative rights unless otherwise stated in writing

You agree to provide accurate information and timely communication
You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and downloading your final design files
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Printing errors
Missed deadlines due to delayed responses
Loss of business
Misuse or misinterpretation of any designs after delivery
