Do you provide staff for events?
We offer a variety of services. If you book catering with staff, our team will be on hand to provide full service throughout your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend that clients provide at least one month's notice when booking an event. However, we understand that things come up unexpectedly. If you reach out at least two weeks in advance, we may still be able to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event to receive a 30% refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Do you provide food tastings?
Yes, we offer food tastings, with pricing based on the selected tasting menu.
Do you have food packages, or do you only do a la carte ?
We offer flexibility for our clients when selecting their menu. You can choose an à la carte option, or submit a Catering Quote form with your preferred menu for a customized package.
What is your payment policy?
We accept both card and cash payments, and an invoice will be sent via email. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event.
