1. As the artist, I do reserve the right to refuse the request.

1.1 | Please beware that my state of health it's not the best and my sick days do not count as resting. (And that's why my deadline it's about 4months or more depending on the request, also why I closed Half and Fullbody requests.)

1.2 | I'll contact you via Discord if necessary, but in most cases I'll not bother you unless for updates.

1.3 | If any interaction make me unconfortble I'll refound you and cancel the commission.

2. Property Terms.

2.1 | The artist own the right to use the commission as part of portfolio or self-promotion — posting WIP's or final result.

...... 2.1-1 | If the client is against it, the Privacy Fee must be signed.

2.2 | All Services give the client Personal Use rights. — Commercial License terms are listed down bellow.

...... 2.2-1 | Post the commission in the client social mideas is allowed as long as the client tags the artist and give them credits.

2.3 | NO ART PIECE IS ALLOWED TO BE USED TO TRAIN AI'S OF ANY KIND NOR TO BE USED AS NFT.

2.4 | DO NOT remove the artist signature.

2.5 | YOU CAN NOT POST MY ART ON X (Twitter) OR ANY OTHER AI BASED PLATAFORM



3. Be clear with your order information.

3.1 | Send all visual and textual references. — For visual references, for example, it can be links for online folders that the artist can acess.

...... 3.3-1 | DO NOT delet the online folder.

3.2 | If your commission have a deadline, add it to the information. — In this case, it adds a Rush Fee.

3.3 | If your commission will be used for merchandising, products, promotional art, etc, please, add to the informaion. — Check the Commercial License clausule down bellow.



4. The artist only work 4 days per week. — At the others I make time for my personal content and as time to rest.



5. Payment Terms | Abouts, Fees & Split Payments.

5.1 | 10% Fee is added to the final price because of the platforms service fee.

...... 5.1-1 | Privacy Fee is an addition of 150$+.

...... 5.1-2 | Rush Fee is an addition of 50%+.

5.2 | Once Approved, NO changes will be for free. — Except for missing details or similar omissions.

5.3 | 50% Payment must be provided before the commission is started and the other 50% before the commission is delivered.

...... 5.3-1 | The client can also pay in 2 or 3 splits.

...... 5.3-2 | Commissions will only be delivered after full payment.

5.4 | Refound is applicable for any kind of service that the artist provides only before the Sketch start to be cleaned.

...... 5.4-1 | 100% refound of payment already received is guaranteed for commissions that had not been started at all.

5.5 | Commercial License is guaranteed for some services, but, not all of them. — Those have an warning that specifies it, however...

...... 5.5-1 | Any illustration that will be used on Music Videos/Album Cover receive a 70%+ Fee.

...... 5.5-2 | Any Illustration that will be used for Products/merchandising will recieve a 200%+ Fee.
