Carver Scott is a missionary and bridge builder originally from Columbus, Ohio. He earned his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Cincinnati (2010).

Since 2011, Carver has been serving in missions with a focus on Spanish-speaking communities, dedicating eight full years of work to the people in Uruguay. His ministry has uniquely combined the power of music and cultural connection to communicate the gospel in meaningful and accessible ways. Carver enjoys playing video games, playing hockey, skating,

composing and producing music, and watching movies in his free time. Tales of an African American Missionary Part 1: Fundraising is his first book, and it was inspired by one of the many trials that he has faced as a missionary abroad.

Carver and his wife Seden are now preparing for long term mission work in Spain, where he will continue reaching and equipping Spanish-speaking populations for Christ. One of the central passions is to empower Christians to walk fully in their God-given calling - especially in the realm of global missioins, where many voices and gifts are deeply needed

Seden Tessema was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as the youngest of 3 sisters in a Christian family. She received her Bachelor's and Doctor of Medicine degree from Hawassa University. Since graduation she has pursued further studies and work in the areas of aesthetics and skincare. She has worked as a general practicioner in hospitals and dermatology clinics.

Growing up, she was a part of sunday school at her church and joined the choir at 11 years old. She continued in fellowship through her youth and college years and joined a group called Action Team that worked in evangelism through hospital visits,

praying for patients, visiting their families and more. She has volunteered in other areas like non-governmental organizations by working with orphanages and projects for kids who live on the streets. She desires to continue in this line of work in the future by creating a support system for orphans and helping them gain new opportunites and a better advantage in life.

Now, she had joined Carver in this new chapter of life as his wife and together they will continue their endeavors and service to the Lord in Barcelona, Spain.
