How To Work Together:

Step 1 — Apply

Fill out your application so I can understand where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right fit.


Step 2 — Wait to be contacted

I personally review every application within 3–7 days. If we align, I'll invite you to a complimentary 30-minute consultation call.


Step 3 — Your journey begins

We lock in your tier, complete your Deep-Dive Session, and build your program before your first week even starts.

Foundation & Intake

Once you’ve selected your coaching tier, you’ll receive an email with your welcome packet and everything you need to get started. You’ll gain access to the coaching app and complete a comprehensive intake, including lifestyle, nutrition, training history, movement considerations, movement assessment, and goal alignment.


This step allows me to fully understand you — not just where you are now, but where you’re trying to go.

Strategy & Plan Design

Using your intake and assessments, I build your personalized coaching framework, including:


  • A customized resistance training program (movement-informed & goal-specific)
  • A personalized nutrition strategy (habits, macros and/or meal structure, hydration, supplementation, and timing as needed)
  • A long-term (12 mo) action plan designed for sustainability, not quick fixes

Every element is intentionally designed to work together (training, nutrition, and lifestyle) so progress feels aligned and repeatable.

Onboarding Call

We chat 1:1 to walk through your plan, set expectations, and clarify next steps. This is where we refine details, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident and supported before anything begins.

Training:

All training programs are personalized to your goals, schedule, and skill level. You will complete a movement assessment (virtually or in-person) prior to receiving a program.


Nutrition:

All clients will receive personalized macros & calorie targets.


Video Form Reviews:

Video form reviews are available for select tiers (Tiers 1 and 2). This is to provide you with feedback on movement, technique, and intensity needed to reach your goals (Consider it like having a trainer in your pocket so you can move safely and effectively!)


Check-Ins:

Check-ins occur weekly with photos & measurements varying based on your goals, needs, and preferences. Weekly check-ins significantly boost the success rate during your time in the program.


Support & Resources:

All clients will be granted access to the Shape & Form personal resource portal, which includes resources, handouts, and educational materials to support you on your journey.

The All-In-One Coaching App

Your home base for workouts, habit tracking, HD exercise tutorials, and progress tracking — all in one place.

Integrative Nutrition

We dial in your nutrition to hit your goals, then teach you how to transition into intuitive eating so you can live your life without a tracking app forever.


Weekly Performance Audits + Adjustments

Every single week I review your data, your biofeedback, and your progress — and adjust your plan accordingly. Nothing goes unnoticed.


Concierge Messaging

Stuck not knowing what to order at a restaurant? Hitting a mindset block? I'm one message away. You have direct access to me as your coach for real-time support when life gets messy.

Access to Shape & Form's curated library of resources, education, and programming to support your journey and build autonomy.

All tiers require a one-time $150 Deep-Dive Session to hold your spot, set up your program, and cover your 90-minute onboarding call.
