Since the beginning of time, women have always served each other in birth. This servatude comes with sacred responsiblity as a doula, midwife, lactation specialist, etc. I am honored to aid you in this experience of rebirth. The women before you, and the women after you will continue to, always birth freely and with love.

The Statistics of having a doula or birth support

According to the National Library of Medicine:

Women who received doula care had....

  • 52.9% lower odds of a caesarean delivery
  • 57.5% lower odds of post partum depression/ anxiety

According to Evidence Based Birth:

Women who receive birth support had...

  • 25% decrease in risk of caesarean delivery (largest effect seen was 39% decrease)
  • 8% increase in like-hood of a spontaneous vaginal birth (largest effect seen was 15%)
  • short labors by 41 minutes avg
  • 38% decrease in baby’s risk of a low 5 min Apgar score
  • 31% decrease in the risk of being dissatisfied w/ birth experience

Birth is spiritual. The process is a literal rebirth. Every religion, culture, spirituality is respected when we are working together. Guiding you through this process, helping you through the process of creation. Guiding you to source and the intuition through your birth. Helping you remember who you are, and empowering you.
