What is personalized coaching, and how can it benefit me?


Personalized coaching means your plan is built around you — your goals, your schedule, your preferences, and your body. From training to nutrition, everything is tailored to support your lifestyle, not disrupt it. That includes meals you enjoy, workouts that match your fitness level and physique goals, and strategies that actually fit your day-to-day.


When coaching is this aligned, it makes progress feel doable — and that’s what leads to long-term success.

What is your coaching approach?


My coaching is based on awareness, education, and personalization of execution. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or quick-fix gimmicks. Instead, we focus on purposeful action: understanding the why behind what you're doing, setting meaningful goals with realistic timelines, and building habits that support long-term growth, physically and mentally.


This is a mutual process. I’ll meet you where you are and tailor your plan to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and pace. I also place a big emphasis on education because my goal isn’t just to get you results, but to teach you the skills to sustain them for life.


I hold myself (and my coaching) to high standards. Everything we do is backed by evidence-based practices, not trends or fads, so you can trust that you're making progress in a safe, effective, and intentional way.

Do I need personal training or coaching?


Choose personal training if you want:

  • Hands-on, 1:1 guidance with exercise technique
  • Real-time form corrections
  • Built-in accountability through scheduled sessions
  • Support focused primarily on your workouts

Choose online coaching if you want:

  • A long-term strategy for your body and lifestyle
  • Training and nutrition guidance
  • Habit-building and structure outside the gym
  • Ongoing support that teaches you how to self-manage


Some clients start with personal training to build confidence and movement skills, then transition into online coaching to sustain results long-term. Others, use a combination of both for best results.

Program Structure & Progress

How often will we communicate?


Depending on your coaching tier, we'll have varied check-ins through the app (or calls) to assess progress. I'm also available M-F for any questions throughout your journey by message in the app!

How do you track the progress of the coaching program?


We'll track progress together through regular goal assessments and feedback. We'll set measurable milestones and evaluate your improvements toward those goals during our check-ins!

What's the typical duration of a coaching program, and how do we determine when it's over?


Program duration varies based on your goals and progress. We'll set an initial timeline and adjust as you hit milestones. Some clients prefer long-term support, viewing fitness as an ongoing journey, while others conclude when specific goals are met. Fat loss transformations take 4 mos while full body recomposition & lifestyle mastery takes up to 12 mos.

Nutrition & Training Details

Do you provide meal plans?


Shape & Form may provide calorie & macro targets, nutrition guidance, & recipes to clients. Plans are designed to guide you towards healthier eating habits, not to dictate a strict diet or treat medical conditions.

What kind of equipment do I need? (Or do I need a gym membership?)


Your training plan will be tailored to your resources. Whether you have a full gym membership, a home gym setup, or just bodyweight, we'll design a plan that works for you!

Enrollment & Logistics

How soon can I start?


Spots vary based on coaching type. I only serve a certain number of individuals per month for premium full 1-1 coaching to offer quality service and attention to clients. However, my entry-level fitness coaching has more seats if & when my premium coaching is at capacity.

How long do results take?


Results are highly individual, depending on your starting point, consistency, and adherence. Beginners often see visible workout results in 2-12 weeks, with initial benefits appearing sooner and more significant changes taking a few months. Nutrition and consistency are crucial, regardless of the timeline.

Can I switch tiers later?


Of course! Whether you want to upgrade your support or scale back for any reason, you can after 30 days.

How do I cancel?


To cancel your subscription, you must send a written email with at least 30 days' notice, after the minimum term commitment, so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support, and guides will be removed from your account.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the coaching programs and services provided by Shape & Form ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Coaching Agreement you sign at checkout. If there is any inconsistency, the Coaching Agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

01 Services Provided

Shape & Form provides in-person and online fitness and nutrition coaching services, including:
— Personalised calorie and macronutrient targets— Example meal plans and recipe guides for guidance (not prescriptive medical diets)— Ongoing programming adjustments based on your progress — 3–5 structured training sessions per week delivered via our coaching app or in personWeekly check-ins with personalised feedback— Direct message–based coaching (Mon–Fri, responses within 1 business day)— Access to Shape & Form resources, systems, and programming— Progress tracking and data analysis— Access to community group chats or communication platforms— Online coaching is delivered via in-app and message-based communication. — Phone calls, video calls, or Zoom sessions are not included unless you purchase an upgrade that expressly includes them.
We may assign you a personal coach and may change coaches or delivery methods as needed while still providing substantially similar services.

02 Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter into a contract.

03 Payments, Refunds & Service Guarantee

3.1 — Program Fees and Payment PlansOur programs are fixed-term coaching services with a set fee, payable upfront or via an approved payment plan. Payment plans are not cancel-anytime subscriptions; they are a way to finance the total program fee over time.
By enrolling, you acknowledge you are paying for access to our systems, coaching expertise, and a reserved client spot in a capacity-limited program — not for the passage of time alone.
3.2 — All Sales Final (Change of Mind)Except as required by applicable consumer law and the service-delivery guarantee below, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or cancellations for:
Change of mind— Lack of use or non-engagement— Scheduling issues— Personal preference or dissatisfaction— Failure to achieve a particular result— Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
3.3 — 30-Day Service Delivery GuaranteeYou may request a refund only if we fail to deliver one or more of the following within the first 30 days:
Example meal plans or recipe guides, andA structured training program, andResponses to your messages within 1-3 business day (Mon–Sun)
A refund under this guarantee is only considered if you provide written, dated evidence of the specific failure, and you first give Shape & Form a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue and we still fail to do so. If we have delivered the above services, no refund is owed.
3.4 — Payment Obligations, Late Fees & CollectionsAll payments are due as scheduled. Late payments may incur:
A $25 late fee, andA 1.5% finance charge per 28 days on overdue amountsWe may pause access to services if payment fails. Unpaid accounts may be referred to third-party collections. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved providers.

04 Pause Policy

You may request to pause your program for up to 14 days total during the term. Pause requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the desired pause start date.
A $50 pause fee applies per approved pause (up to 14 days). Your program end date and any payment schedule will be extended by the length of the pause. Pauses outside this policy are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

05 Early Termination & Settlement

Fixed-term programs are non-cancellable. If you request to exit early, Shape & Form may, at its discretion, allow early termination under one of the following options:
Option 1 — Pay in FullPay the entire remaining program balance immediately.
Option 2 — Early-Exit SettlementPay 50% of the remaining contract value, plus a $199 early-cancellation fee. Both amounts are due immediately upon approval.
All early-termination requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date. If payment is not made, the account may be referred to collections.

06 Auto-Renewal After Initial Term

At the end of the initial program term, your coaching will automatically continue as an ongoing 4-week subscription billed every 28 days, unless cancelled.
You may cancel the ongoing subscription at any time with 7 days' written notice via email. If notice is provided less than 7 days before a billing date, the next 28-day cycle will still be charged. There are no early-exit fees on the ongoing subscription.

07 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
— Track nutrition calories and/or habits daily and aim to hit your provided nutrition targets— Complete all programmed workouts (3–5 per week)— Track steps and activity as requested— Submit check-ins, progress photos, and requested data on time— Communicate issues promptly and honestly— Follow coaching instructions to the best of your ability— Use all materials for personal use only— Avoid excessive, demanding, or inappropriate messaging outside agreed support channels— You understand that failure to follow these commitments affects your results and may void any guarantees.
You agree that anonymised versions of your progress may be used internally for coach training or quality control. We will not use your identifiable transformation publicly without your written consent.

08 Meal Plan Guidance & Macros

Example meal plans and recipes are provided as optional guides, not prescriptive medical diets. While we do our best to accommodate your preferences, it is not possible to perfectly match every food preference, region, or cultural requirement.
You are responsible for:
— Selecting foods available in your region— Making necessary food swaps— Ensuring meals fit your personalised calorie and macronutrient targets— The core deliverable is education and coaching so you can manage your own nutrition long-term — not custom daily meal creation.

09 Conduct & Limitation of Liability

We expect professionalism and respect across all interactions. Private messages between you and your coach are confidential. Sharing screenshots or conversations publicly or maliciously may result in removal without refund.
Disrespectful, abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour toward coaches, staff, or other clients may result in immediate removal without compensation.
Shape & Form may terminate your access at its discretion for misconduct or breach of these Terms; termination for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.
If you fail to engage with the program (including communication or check-ins) for 21 consecutive days without notice, your account may be marked inactive. Inactive clients are not eligible for extensions, pauses, or refunds.

10 Intellectual Property

All Shape & Form content — including meal plans, training programs, guides, templates, videos, messages, resources, and systems — is protected intellectual property. You are granted a limited licence for personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, sell, distribute, or publish any Shape & Form content without prior written permission. Violation may result in termination and legal action.

11 Health & Medical Disclaimer

Shape & Form is not a medical, nutritional, or psychological service provider. Coaching is educational only and does not replace professional healthcare. You must consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program and disclose all relevant medical conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shape & Form is not liable for:
— Injuries arising from improper exercise form— Complications from undisclosed medical conditions— Failure to follow coaching instructions— Misuse of program materials— Indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage— Applicable consumer guarantees still apply and are not excluded by these Terms.

12 Service Interruptions

You are responsible for having reliable internet access and compatible devices. Missed check-ins or communication due to client-side technical issues do not warrant an extension or refund.
We may adjust or pause services due to illness, emergencies, platform outages, or operational changes. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.

13 Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly defame, disparage, or misrepresent Shape & Form, its staff, or its services. Breaching this clause may result in legal action, subject to applicable law.

14 Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to explain the issue and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Unauthorised or bad-faith chargebacks may be treated as fraud and referred to collections.

15 Client Data & Privacy

By joining Shape & Form, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of your personal and health information as required to deliver services. Data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

16 Taxes & Billing

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to your purchase based on your location.

17 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shape & Form operates. Any disputes will be resolved through the applicable courts, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

18 Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms, together with your signed Coaching Agreement and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Shape & Form regarding your coaching services and supersede all prior representations or marketing materials to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

05 Health Data

Our platform collects and processes health and fitness information only with your explicit consent. This includes workout activity, exercise logs, and other metrics needed to deliver core features such as:
— Fitness tracking and personal progress insights— Cross-device synchronisation— Personalised coaching plans
WE DO NOT:— Share health data with any third parties— Sell or monetise your health information
Your health information is stored securely with restricted access. If you delete your account, related personal and health data will be permanently deleted or de-identified, except where legal retention is required.
LAWFUL BASISProcessing of health data is based on your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via in-app settings or by emailing us.

06 Disclosure to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who assist with our business operations, including:
— Stripe (payment processing)— CRM, email, and SMS platforms— Cloud hosting providers— Analytics and support tools
All third-party processors are bound by confidentiality and security requirements. We do not sell personal information.

07 Data Retention

We retain personal information:
— While you maintain an active account— As required for legal, tax, or dispute resolution purposes
When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

08 Your Rights

You may request:
— Access to personal information we hold about you— Correction of any inaccurate information— Information on how we manage your personal data— Resolution of a privacy concern or complaint

09 Minors

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

10 Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data:
— Submit a request through in-app settings or via our contact form— Use the subject line "Delete My Account"— Include your full name and email address
We will delete or de-identify your data unless retention is required by law. Comments or content you submit within the service may not always be removable.

11 Updates to This Policy
