Step 1 — Apply
Fill out your application so I can understand where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right fit.
Step 2 — Wait to be contacted
I personally review every application within 3–7 days. If we align, I'll invite you to a complimentary 30-minute consultation call.
Step 3 — Your journey begins
We lock in your tier, complete your Deep-Dive Session, and build your program before your first week even starts.
Once you’ve selected your coaching tier, you’ll receive an email with your welcome packet and everything you need to get started. You’ll gain access to the coaching app and complete a comprehensive intake, including lifestyle, nutrition, training history, movement considerations, movement assessment, and goal alignment.
This step allows me to fully understand you — not just where you are now, but where you’re trying to go.

We chat 1:1 to walk through your plan, set expectations, and clarify next steps. This is where we refine details, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident and supported before anything begins.

For women who want to lose weight and keep it off for good. This is my highest-touch coaching experience and includes customized training, personalized nutrition, and weekly accountability and support for lasting change.
Everyone starts somewhere different. Your tier determines how closely we work together — not the quality of your plan.
All training programs are personalized to your goals, schedule, and skill level. You will complete a movement assessment (virtually or in-person) prior to receiving a program.
All clients will receive personalized macros & calorie targets.
Video form reviews are available for select tiers (Tiers 1 and 2). This is to provide you with feedback on movement, technique, and intensity needed to reach your goals (Consider it like having a trainer in your pocket so you can move safely and effectively!)
Check-ins occur weekly with photos & measurements varying based on your goals, needs, and preferences. Weekly check-ins significantly boost the success rate during your time in the program.
All clients will be granted access to the Shape & Form personal resource portal, which includes resources, handouts, and educational materials to support you on your journey.
