At RLS Mobile Notary & Live Scan, it is essential that you present a valid form of identification at the time of your appointment. Accepted Forms of Identification:

✔ California Driver’s License (CA DL) or California Identification Card (CA ID)

✔ U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card

✔ Inmate ID (In-Custody Only)

✔ Inmate Bracelet (In-Custody Only)

✔ Expired ID (Issued within the last 5 years)

✔ Driver’s License or State ID from Any U.S. State

✔ Foreign Passport or Consulate Card

✔ Canadian or Mexican Driver’s License (CAN/MX DL Only)

✔ U.S. Military ID

✔ California State Employee ID

✔ Tribal Identification Card

✔ Credible Witness Oath*

📌 If using the Credible Witness Oath, you must provide two credible witnesses. Each witness must present one of the acceptable forms of identification listed above.
