No. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. If you do not have one, you may use two credible witnesses with valid IDs to verify your identity.

Yes, all signers must be present with valid identification for the notarization to proceed.
6. Can a Notary provide legal advice or help fill out documents?
No, a Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or explain their content. Please consult a legal professional for assistance.
7. Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes! We offer mobile notary services, meaning we can come to your home, office, hospital, or any convenient location. A travel fee applies based on location.
8. How much does a notarization cost?
Notary fees are state-regulated; however, additional charges may apply for mobile service, after-hours, or emergency appointments. Contact us for pricing details.
9. Can you notarize documents virtually?
We currently offer in-person notarization only, but check back for updates regarding Remote Online Notarization (RON) services.
10. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my notary appointment?
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
